Test for dust collection capacity and blocked ducts
*4000Pa Powerful suction fan blower: Data from Dreame Technology Laboratory. With the main unit fully charged, suction power was verified to reach 4000Pa with a vacuum tester.
450mL large-capacity dustbin: After manually filling the entire dustbin with standard plastic particles, emptying the dustbin and putting the plastic particles into a measuring tank, the three samples measured all held more than 450mL.
Battery life up to 2 hours: When fully charged and in Standard mode, the robot performed cleaning in a rectangular open space of 4x5m. Testing was performed three times in the same environment and under the same conditions and all results demonstrated more than 2 hours of cleaning time.
Cleans an area over 200sqm in one pass: When fully charged and in Standard mode, the robot performed cleaning in a rectangular open space of 4x5m. Testing was performed three times in the same environment and under the same conditions and all results demonstrated a cleaning area greater than 200sqm.
Pressure mopping: Compared with the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 1C, when pressure-tested the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S10+ with its dual pads produced greater ground pressure than the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 1C.
*4 times the cleaning power: Compared with the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2, the cleaning power is 4 times greater. Actual usage may vary depending on conditions of use.
Cleaning an area of 150sqm with one pass: When fully charged with a full water tank, the robot in Standard mode cleaned a rectangular open space of 4mx5m. Each test was continued until the water in the water tank of the machine was depleted. Testing was performed three times in the same environment and under the same conditions. The mopped areas were all recorded as greater than 150sqm.
Equipped with a 200mL electronic control water tank: The water tank was filled with water and the water was then poured into a measuring cup and its level on the scale of the measuring cup was recorded. Three tests were performed on 3 prototypes respectively and the average value of the tested results was within the range of 200±10mL.
Margin of error of no more than 5mm: industrial-grade reflectors with different reflectivity were placed on a high-precision mobile sliding rail with movement precision of 0.05mm, and the range was 0–500mm. With the centre of the collision plate as the starting position (0cm)
Carpet edge identification: The robot can identify carpets with a thickness greater than 5mm. If there are carpets with a thickness of less than 5mm in the cleaning area, we recommend only cleaning the area after removing the mop pad tray, or marking the area as a no-go area. If there are special flooring materials (such as cobblestones) in the cleaning area, the robot may mistakenly identify them as a carpet and perform obstacle avoidance. We recommend only cleaning such areas after disabling the carpet identification function on the Xiaomi/Mi Home app.
