Are our mobile phones unlocked?
Singapore is the first country that forbids outright SIM locking thus all mobile phones are SIM-free or unlocked and can be use with any sim card compatible with our network.
Are our price inclusive of GST?
As we are not GST registered company so all our prices listed here is nett price.
Are there any hidden charges?
No,so long as the mode of payment is in cash.As for electronics payment a one time charge will be applicable.What we advertised is nett price and there is no gimmicks or hidden charges.What we advertised will be what you be receiving(the full warranty by the manufacturer and all the contents inside).
Do our products come with the 7 days exchange policy?
No we do not, so we strongly recommend our customers to check thoroughly our products before leaving our store.If the product is defective at the point of sales,we will give a one to one exchange immediately.Thereafter, all products that are faulty must be sent to the respective service centre in Singapore.
Do we have installment plan?
We do have interest free installment plan for UOB card members  for only one time charge of 3% to 6% depending on the length of the installment plan.
Do we have stocks of all our products listed on our website?
Yes we do however due to the fast turnover rate of our products,it is advisable to give us a call to enquire or make reservation.
Do we offer GST refund?
No we do not as we are not GST registered.
Do we provide delivery service?
Yes we do & there is a delivery fee of $20 applicable. Contact us for more details.

What do we require for a trade-in?
Be it trade-in or selling a phone to us,the original contents of the box will be needed.If in any instances where some items are missing,prices may be reduced.Also,ID identification is require as we have to comply with the regulations set by the Singapore Police Force to prevent theft and tacking of stolen goods.
What is the difference between export and local warranty set?
Local warranty set is supplied by the local distributor and carries a minimum one year warranty from the manufacturer.As for the export set,it is parallel imported from other countries thus carries no warranty by any manufacturer.
What is the difference between trade-in and selling off a mobile phone to us?
Trade in refers to the exchange of your used or new phone for another phone at our store whereas selling of phones mean getting cash instantly on the spot.Usually trade in mobile phone is higher than selling off a phone.
What is the mode of payment?
All price stated is in cash payment only, there is 1% charge on NETs and 3% on credit cards payment. We strongly advise customers to withdraw cash from the ATM at our building before making the purchase.
