Aside from the cosmetic aspects, there isn’t a major difference between the Gear S3 options except that Frontier has the LTE offering and a small weight difference.

The bezel itself has been designed to allow a greater functionality than before. A number of apps have integrated with the bezel like Nest, for example. You can simply control the fan, temperature zones in different rooms – all done by twisting the bezel in the simplest way.
