The Realme 6 is a phone that a lot of people have been waiting for. It has taken the concept of a mid-range phone to the next level. The Realme 6 was launched in Singapore in April 2020 and the retail price is $399.

The Realme 6 competes with the likes of Xiaomi and OnePlus and Poco. But because of it’s pricing and it’s features, it competes with a wide range of smartphones across budgets.

The Realme 6 has a 6.5-inch IPS LCD Screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and 120Hz touch sampling rate. For a budget device, these are awesome specifications. It has a 90.5% screen to body ratio.

It doesn’t have a top bezel on the display and has a dot notch camera on the side. The frame and backside of the Realme 6 is made out of plastic and it is a good looking phone with it’s two available colours – Comet Blue and Comet White.

The display doesn’t have a fingerprint sensor on it’s display. But it’s on the side of the phone. The phone has a 3.5mm jack as well.

Powering this phone is the Mediatek Helio G90T processor. It’s perfect for gaming and can power high powered cameras. This is a very good processor worth it’s weight in gold.

Realme 6 is powered by Android 10 with the Realme UI which is borrowed from Oppo’s Color OS. This OS does have a bit of bloatware. But the OS is improving over time.

The camera is a quad camera setup with AI features. The Realme 6 has a 64MP wide camera, 8MP ultra wide lens, 2MP portrait camera, 2MP Macro lens camera.

The front selfie camera is a respectable 16MP shooter. The camera can shoot in 1080p quality at 60fps.

The battery on the Realme 6 is a 4300 mAh with a 30W fast charger that can top up the device fully in under an hour which is pretty awesome!
