Samsung A20 Singapore Price
Samsung is in release mode! In 2019, they’ve already released so many versions in the M series and the A series. The Samsung A20 is next on the list. Samsung’s strategy is very clear. They release a smartphone in every segment with every feature list and hope that something clicks. We believe the Samsung A20 has what it takes to be a budget smartphone. Let’s find out!
Coming to the looks of the phone. This is a pretty good looking phone for this price range. The back is made of polycarbonate material with a glossy finish. This does indeed look like glass in some angles.
For a budget phone, it has a pretty amazing display. The 6.4-inch AMOLED screen has an HD+ display which is pretty decent. It has a waterdrop notch and somewhat thick bezels at the bottom. But this is still a pretty good looking device.
The chipset that runs the device is an Exynos 7884. Not as powerful as 7904. But it still does a pretty good job.
The 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage are pretty disappointing as these specs are not worthy in the current era at all. Looking at these specs, you can tell this phone isn’t for power users.
The phone runs on Samsung’s very own ONE UI, which is a pretty good layer on top the Android 9.0.
It has face recognition in the front and also has a fingerprint sensor on the back.
For being a budget smartphone, I was pleasantly surprised to see a dual-primary camera setup. The primary cameras are 13MP + 5MP wide angle lens. The camera is pretty decent, except in dark settings and indoor settings.
The front camera is a 8MP shooter.
For the price range, I was surprised to see a 4000 mAh battery on the Samsung A20. This just means that Samsung has focused on the camera and the battery for the A20. It has a 15W fast charging feature, which is pretty awesome for a budget smartphone.
Overall, this is a pretty good smartphone for its price range.
