Apple iPhone SE 256GB 2020 Singapore Price
The iPhone SE 2020 is a budget device from Apple that most people have been waiting for. It’s released in the Singapore market for a price of $649 for the 64GB version which is the most affordable iPhone SE variant.
But the big question is, does this phone have what it takes to the number one in the mid-range segment.
The iPhone SE is a throwback to the older iPhones in terms of its design. It sports a 4.7-inch LCD screen with thick bezels. If you are into the whole bezel less look, then you won’t like the new iPhone 2020.
For an LCD display the iPhone SE 2020 is pretty good but there’s a slight issue with the brightness, which isn’t sufficient. So if you are the type of person who uses their phone lot in the outdoors, then you might encounter issues with this phone.
It comes in White, Black and Red.
Although the design might look dated. The iPhone SE 2020 is a beast underneath. It has the latest A13 Bionic chip. This makes it as fast as the iPhone 11. Obviously we can’t expect it to be as powerful as the iPhone XS Max.
The camera on the iPhone SE 2020 is pretty decent. With a 12-megapixel shooter on the back and a 7-megapixel shooter in the front.
The camera is as good as the iPhone 8 and arguably it’s the same camera with slightly better software.
It does lack basic camera features such as 2x zoom, night mode and ultra-wide shots. This means it’s not the best phone in the mid-range segment.
The battery lasts about a day with normal use. That isn’t much to some of the other powerful options which can last longer. Even the quick charging is limited with the 5W charger that comes packed with the device.
