Oppo’s new offering is the A73s. The first thing that stands out about this phone is the design. According to their marketing page, they say, they’ve taken inspiration from diamonds. The back of the phone shines like a diamond thanks to latest polishing processes.

There are triangular cut patterns on the back of the phone that shines like a diamond, when light shines on it.

There are two main colours, special diamond black and solar red.

If you thought the back was beautiful, then you’re in for a treat for the front. The front of the A73s boasts of a beautiful 6.0 inch FHD screen. This phone is 84% screen and the size of the bezel is 1.98mm.

Taking inspiration from Apple, Oppo has improved on their gestures. There are a lot of navigation shortcuts such as swipe, flick, drag and tap.

The A73s has AI Beauty tech. The app tracks 296 spots on a photo and it claims to make men more masculine and women more beautiful.

The primary camera is 13 MP with 120 AI recognition capabilities. Based on the image you are capturing, the camera automatically adjusts the light, contrast, brightness and exposure.

The front camera is 8MP, that has an algorithm for depth measurement that helps with perfect portraits.

The phone runs on a 4GB RAM, 64GB of internal space.

It has a 3410 mAh battery. It also has an AI battery management that understands user behaviour and shuts apps that is not in use. If you use the phone in its full form, you can run it for 15 hours.

A73s has facial unlock feature with 128 recognition points which means, you can unlock your phone in a flash.
